Hey Friends!

  • Kale ( 1 -1/2 cups loosely packed)
  • Chia Seeds ( 1 Tbs)
  • Banana- (1 whole or chopped)
  • Maca Powder ( 2 Tsp)
  • Almond Milk ( 1 -1/2 cups Unsweetened)
  • CBD ( 12.5 mg)
  • Ashwaganda Powder (2 Tsp)
  • Flax Seeds ( 1/2 Tbs)
  • Honey ( 1 Tbs)
  • Ice (or you can freeze the banana the night before!)

*Add all ingredients to blender, blend well and enjoy!
